The following is intended to assist the residents of Ottawa, Kansas and surrounding areas with lost and found companion animals.

Micro Chipping Service at PPAS

PPAS can MicroChip your pet !! Most of the dogs and nearly all of the cats entering our Shelter are without proper identification. This life saving process is aforable and easy to do and can make the difference of getting your pet back home!!

Professional Animal Grooming Service

PPAS now offers professional grooming services! Our groomer is now taking appointments.

Spay & Neuter Assistance Program

PPAS offers financial assistance to spay and neuter cats and dogs in our local community.
